Jason Aldean To Release New Duet With Carrie Underwood On Friday

Earlier today, Jason Aldean teased fans on social media when he posted a photo of himself side by side with blank photo of a question mark captioned, "We've got a brand new song coming your way this Friday! Who do y'all think is singing on this one with me?"

Fans speculated in the comments, guessing artists such as Lauren Alaina, Brantley Gilbert (since they recently posted a photo in the studio together) and wife Brittany Kerr, who I actually thought it would be, given the whole "surprise" element and the fact that the song title is "If I Didn't Love You."

BUT...if you zoom in on the blank photo with the question mark and turn your phone brightness up, you'll see a photo of Carrie Underwood in the background.

These two artists have been at the top of the charts for over a decade now and, in my opinion, have been apart of the two single best country duets of the 2000's, singing alongside  Brad Paisley and Kelly Clarkson. So I'll be honest, I don't have high hopes that it will live up to "Don't You Wanna Stay" or "Remind Me," but these two artists have the potential to make a HUGE duet.

We'll see how it turns out.
