Luke Combs New Song 'Six Feet Apart' Is Officially Out
The song we didn't know we needed until we heard it live and knew we needed it is HERE.
After a raw acoustic performance of a new song Luke had "just wrote", fans went nuts and Luke, being the man of the people that he is, recorded a studio version of what is his different approach and lyrically amazing take on being quarantined during this shit-show pandemic.
His voice and songwriting, the simplistic and soothing style/production, and his relate-ability factor continues to shine with this one. Hell, I didn't even plan on drinking tonight since I ran out of whiskey, but then I remembered this song was dropping at midnight so I sped to the 7-eleven for a couple Four Lokos. Beer just wasn't gonna do tonight.
Take a listen below:
"I miss my mom, I miss my dad / I miss the road, I miss my band. Giving hugs and shaking hands / It's a mystery I suppose.. just how long this thing goes; but they'll be crowds and they'll be shows / There will be light after dark, one day when we aren't six feet apart"
